Progress

I made progress by filling up the vertical pipes of my pvc cube with concrete.  This allowed for more stability in the cube because the length of the pipes made it wobbly.  To fill them up with concrete, I taped one end off with two layers of duct tape and made a slightly watery mixture. When I used my funnel to pour the concrete in I made sure to tap the pipe so the concrete will flow all the way to the bottom where I want the weight to be.  After a day of sitting up vertically I removed the tape and stuck the vertical pipes into the base with a mallet.  I did not glue the vertical pipe to the base so it can be removed later on so the cube can be placed in the gallery.

Setbacks

After I stuck the vertical poles in I lifted the ceiling square on top of the vertical poles to be assembled together.  Immediately I noticed that the ceiling was caving in a lot due to the weight of the wire racks.  I had to cut them off because I was too scared of the cube falling apart.(Wire racks will be repurposed for my small business, they did not go to waste)  I also did not want them to possibly fall on a person since they have some weight to them.  Instead I will be using clear fishing line to create a mesh situation in order to balance the paint chips and Arduino.
